Pesach IV

we had pesach iv on saturday and i guess it was the best of the three years, considering the fact the sound was still in a mess the day before and the day itself; but thanks to eugene and sebastian for helping out otherwise things wouldn't have gone smoothly. also thanks to jamie who brought to mind that technicalities do happen so what we have is what we gonna work with. so in the end, it worked well.... and it was 90 mins of pure energy from project jesus and the combined choir.


i was in two minds about helping out in the sound aspect of it as i felt that i have lost touched and the hang of it. working on a 24 channel 'tecman' and 16 channel 'yamaha' was nerve wrecking at first when the monitors speakers keeping creating feedbacks that almost blew our eardrums. i would like confess that i never good at monitor speakers hence i took a back seat while sebastian helped to sort out the monitors problems and it worked. eugene sorted ut the wireless problems and it worked. so during the performances, i was praying hard that i won't screw anything up and let everybody down.


but thank god, everything went well and everyone was happy!!! thanks again to eugene, sebastian, jr and jamie for helping me out; not forgetting dominiq for sorting the organ problem out. .. oh yes, i got a momentum from pesach iv, a bruise on my right arm... knocked my arm against one of the pews and the scar is still there. =p


i guess i would officially retire from sound as the heart can't take the pressure and stress level. i would like to apologies to my friends if i was a bit cranky. it was a difficult week for me and this foolish heart of mine has started playing games with me again but that's another story. =p
