Party On, Spain!

Spain's 44-year wait is over.
One shot from Fernando Torres sent Spain past Germany 1-0 Sunday and ignited a Spanish celebration that hasn't been seen since their European championship in 1964... more

back..

its been a long time since i've blogged... so i am back with nothing much to blog about. :p
yes, it's been a boring and uneventful month.

anyways, it's the euro finals today between germany and spain. hopefully i could stay up to watch the match later on @ 0245hrs (singapore time). meeting melvin and andy to watch it at 848. of course i am rooting for spain, they will be euro champions 2008 when the final whistle goes and every club wished they had Torres!! hope the reds could interest villa to move to anfield to play alongside torres next season and with stevie supporting them, it would be a scary thing, esp for defenders. well, only time could tell. in the meantime, enjoy the finals.

a wedding affair

attended two weddings over the weekend but didn't get to take any pics of the brides whom i've know since they were 14 ?? attended the wedding reception for one of them at bukit batok and decided to take pictures of ourselves. i guess my nokia 5300 take better pictures given the right lightings like the last pic which i took on my own; compared to the other two with jo-n p & corrinne which was taken indoors. the first pic is taken from jo-n sandhu's phone which shows the difference. the pictures looks dull or maybe its the background. well, i've no intentions of buying a new phone yet at my nokia xpress music still gives me what i need. so why change. ;)

Back to the old skool

Was happy during the week as my 'niece' Shui Hui got a compliment by a caller and it was published in the straits times. Her second compliment within a month, the first was via email to the company. She was really happy seeing her name in the papers for the 1st time. I still remember my Primary Two teacher telling us after our finals that she wants us to grow up and be somebody; and if she sees our names in the papers, she hopes it was for good reasons and not bad. I am sure she would be proud of my niece if she was ever her teacher coz I am proud. The most I got from working here was a bouquet of flowers send by the caller to our HQ office. :p Now where do I work?? Well, let's just say I represent a Govt Office in SG but I'm not a Civil Servant. Go Figure... :p

Anyways, I bought two albums, Class 95FM's 'Back to The Old Skool' and Usher's 'Here I Stand'. Both albums rock, you should go out and get it!! I also bought 'Premier Manager 08' and 'Sacred +plus+' as I am getting bored of 'Dungeon Lords'. Should get more games from my bro. :p

Came across this website thru a friend, 'The Buried Life'. It is about 4 guys on a mission to complete a list of '100 Things To Do Before You Die' and to help and encourage others to go after their own list...read more. Think I should start with a list of things to do also. One of it would be getting a driving license soon. . . so here it is :- #100 - Get a Driving License. Whats yours?
